    Woodson to Receive Armstrong Award

    Robert L. Woodson, founder and president of the Woodson Center in Washington, D.C., will receive the 2024 William L. Armstrong Award from Colorado Christian University in partnership with the family of former U.S. Senator William L. Armstrong. The award will be presented at a dinner in Woodson’s honor Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the CCU Event Center.

    Colorado Christian University, the flagship Christian liberal arts university in the Rocky Mountain Region, was recently named the ninth fastest-growing college or university in the private, nonprofit, master's degree-granting category, according to The Chronicle of Higher Education's 2024-25 Almanac of Higher Education. It is the ninth consecutive year the University has held its position as one of the fastest-growing institutions of higher learning in the U.S.
