The communications courses set me up with a flexible skill set which has proven a solid foundation in entering my publishing career. Also, I had several professors (Such as Drs. Pruitt and Woodruff) who supported my goals and aspirations through encouragement and the challenges their classes presented.
At CCU I learned always be willing to learn from others, even if you don't agree with them. You can decide for yourself what to believe in, but it never hurts to be as informed as possible about your options.
