• M.A. Theology (Fuller Theological Seminary)
• B.S. Physical Education (San Jose State University)
• 33 years on the Young Life staff, last 8 years as the Vice President for Young Life in Latin America

What do you like best about working at CCU?:
The students! One of the great draws for me to CCU was the caliber of students here. I believe we are educating and forming the future leaders of the Kingdom. They will leave here and make a difference for Christ, whether they serve in the marketplace or in ministry.

Describe your most memorable experience at CCU:
I look forward to our Tuesday and Thursday chapels. It is pretty special to gather as a community and worship together.

What makes CCU different from other work environments?:
From the President down to our hourly employees, there is a shared vision of being called to work and serve here.
