CCU Spotlights

Hometown: Haxtun, Colorado

I chose to attend CCU because it integrates both academics and a Christ-centered environment. I knew I wanted to get a great college education but I also knew that I wanted a place that was going to challenge me in my walk with Christ.

Hands down, my favorite thing about CCU is the relationships I was able to foster during the years I have been here. I have friends that push me physically, emotionally, and spiritual; I feel a sense of community I have never felt before. I have created Christ-centered friendships that will continue throughout life.

I have been involved in a number of activities and clubs while attending CCU. I was the coordinator of Dances on the Committee for Student Activities. I have also been involved in the Women's Choir, as well as participating in intramural sports with my friends and stairwell.
