Management

"Fit no stereotypes. Don't chase the latest management fads. The situation dictates which approach best accomplishes the team's mission."

Colin Powell, U.S. statesman and a retired four-star general (b. 1937)

Why Management?

Successful managers are successful professionals. The Management program options at CCU provide you with a core understanding of business principles, as well as a well-rounded study of such business aspects as management concepts, managerial accounting, leadership communication, and business law. Even if you don't intend to make business the core of your career plans, the Management minor or emphasis will train you on how to integrate these aspects and manage decisively.

Management in the Christian University

The School of Business and Leadership provides you with the proper tools to be a successful professional, integrating faith and academics by presenting spiritual and relational excellence as the standard for a Christian businessperson. If you're planning to pursue a career that involves management in any form, you could benefit from training that draws heavily on the biblical example set by Christ, as well as skilled education from faculty that are experienced in business and teaching.
