Organizational Communication

"Self-expression must pass into communication for its fulfillment."

Pearl S. Buck, American writer (1892-1973)

Why Organizational Communication?

What characterizes effective communication in organizations and large groups of people? The Organizational Communication emphasis provides you with a narrowed focus on communication processes and styles in large groups and established organizations. You'll learn about communication theory, group behavior, organizational structure, and communication analysis.

Organizational Communication in the Christian University

The Organizational Communication emphasis offered through CCU's School of Humanities and Sciences trains you to communicate effectively in all settings, understanding communication styles and human behavior. Faculty and staff are highly experienced, and integrate faith and learning by emphasizing the spiritual aspect of relationships in communication. There is high demand for communicators who are trained in understanding not just the human mind, but the heart as well, and CCU faculty aim to train you well in both of those arenas.
