Global Studies

The Global Studies Emphasis allows Social Science majors to explore other world cultures further. This is a perfect emphasis for those interested in pursuing law school, missions, or careers in government.

History

The History Emphasis gives Social Science majors an advanced knowledge of history. The courses within this emphasis are flexible to allow students to take the upper-division courses that best suit their interests.

Psychology

The Psychology Emphasis is a great direction for Social Science majors with the desire to understand the basic developmental and social aspects of personality. This emphasis looks at the history of Psychology and the theories of normal and abnormal personality that have emerged over time.
