Hometown: South Bend, Indiana or “the Bend” as the natives call it.

Education: B.A. Family Science (think marriage and family therapy) with a minor in Christian Ministries; Anderson University

Favorite Verse: “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Hebrews 11:1

Hobbies: I love to run, climb, hike 14ers (I hope to conquer all of them in Colorado), eat sushi, drink organic chocolate milk with a good book in hand (Alexander Dumas is my favorite author), walk to the downtown library, paint (I am still learning, about a 5th grade level) and watch The Amazing Race.

Before I came to CCU: I spent a year teaching pre-kindergarten in Fort Collins, Colorado, and then decided to relocate to Denver. After having a memorable and wonderful experience at a Christian University, I truly believe in Christian higher education and the knowledge, experience, and adventure that comes along with it.
