Heading into his fifth season as head men’s golf coach, Hull’s teams are defined by their strong character and discipline both on and off the course. Mark adds leadership and enthusiasm in addition to a wealth of coaching experience.
As a varsity athlete and graduate of Taylor University in '93, Hull soon discovered his love for coaching as he served as an assistant men’s basketball coach at Houghton College in New York from 97-99. He then acted as an assistant golf club team coach at Gordon College in Massachusetts, before accepting the challenge to take over at the helm of the men’s tennis team. Hull remained actively involved in the world of golf, as he instructed the Junior Golf Program at the prestigious Myopia Hunt Club (host of 4 U.S. Opens).
Mark resides in Littleton with his wife Danielle who works as the university graphic designer at CCU.
Brandon Gossett enters his first season as lead assistant coach for the CCU men’s golf team.
A 2007 Cougar graduate and a senior season team captain, Gossett brings RMAC familiarity and a wealth of experience to the CCU golf program.
Joining the Cougars in the fall of 2005, Gossett transferred from a top golf program in Missouri to compete for a rebuilding Cougar squad. The academic and geographical switch notwithstanding, Gossett finished in the top-ten four times in his college career and graduated with a 3.7 GPA.
An established junior player in western Canada, Brandon won on the local, regional and national level as an individual, including the CJGA Fraser Valley Open and the BCJGA Best of the Best.
Brandon also served as the chairman of the junior golf committee for the second largest junior golf program in Canada.
In the capacity of golf instructor, Gossett has taught at the McGetrick Rocky Mountain Golf Academy, Redwoods Golf Club as well as Athletes in Action regional junior golf camps.
While a student at CCU, Gossett was as an active member of student life, presiding over the 6th Man and Intramural Sports, as well an upperclassman Resident Assistant.
