Aimee DavisonFormerly an assistant coach for the Cougars, Aimee Davison took over the reigns for CCU volleyball in the spring of 2004. No stranger to the Lady Cougar program, Davison has been involved with CCU volleyball in one capacity or another since 1994.

A four-year letter-winner for the Cougars from 1994 to 1998, Davison earned All-Conference recognition twice and remains CCU volleyball’s all-time leader in five categories, including career blocks. She returned to Colorado Christian in 1999, hired to serve as Assistant Athletic Director. In 2000, Davison stepped in as Assistant Coach for the Cougars, a position she held until 2003. Coach Davison also spent two years coaching with local Boulder Volleyball Club.

Davison and her husband Matt reside in Littleton.

Crystal Carey

Crystal CareyCoach Carey is entering her fourth season as lead assistant for Cougar Volleyball.

A four year letter winner at NCAA Division I Liberty University, Carey was a key member of an elite Lady Flames team which made two consecutive NCAA tournament appearances.

Prior to her arrival at CCU, Crystal served as head coach for a local area high school. Under Carey’s guidance, the team marched through the state tournament on the way to capturing the 2003 state championship. Additionally, Crystal contributed her coaching expertise to the Colorado Volleyball Company, a standout USVBA club.

Why CCU?
I wanted to go to a Christian college where I could grow in my faith and be around people who had similar goals as me. I fell in love with this school as soon as I stepped on campus!
