The last several months have been stellar for Colorado Christian University with the addition of new degree programs, hugely popular educational seminars, a VALS featuring John Stossel as the keynote speaker, and a number of honors including being named a “College of Distinction;” making the list Young America’s Foundation of “Top Conservative Colleges;” and the MBA Information Security Program getting national attention. These are just a few of the standout moments CCU faculty, staff, students and supporters have enjoyed in the last several months. We are certain the end of 2012 and beginning of 2013 will bring many more exciting experiences and accolades for the great people of the CCU community.
In fact, we just announced that for the 2012-2013 school year, 1,041 students are enrolled in CCU’s College of Undergraduate Studies, which is a record high and beats out last year’s record number of 960 students in the College of Undergraduate Studies. College enrollment numbers like this prove that Colorado Christian University is a top-notch institution of higher learning, not only amongst other Christian schools but amongst all types of colleges, universities and trade schools.
Contributing to the success of CCU has been the implementation of the school’s unique strategic objectives, instituted under the leadership of President Bill Armstrong. By raising academic standards, increasing the number of degree programs offered and by receiving accreditation in various degree programs, CCU has attracted some of the best and brightest students in the U.S. and other countries. The continued growth of CCU has prompted an upcoming campus redevelopment undertaking to better meet the needs of our growing population!
