Colorado Christian University is proud to offer assistance to military service members and their families.
One of the ways the college seeks to assist is by providing special military tuition assistance to active duty military, reserve and National Guard service members and their adult dependents. Under the program the reduced tuition rate is equal to the military tuition assistance limit allowed per course. This means service members have the opportunity to take advantage of the undergraduate and graduate level courses provided at CCU’s College of Adult and Graduate Studies without incurring out-of-pocket tuition costs. Furthermore, those located at Peterson Air Force Base, U.S. Air Force Academy and Schriever Air Force Base will not be charged a technology fee.
Colorado Christian University provides this service to ensure that those who protect our country have access to educational tools that can help them further their career in and after the military. CCU understands that a service member’s schedule can change frequently and has made attempts to make the process as easy as possible through membership with the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges Consortium (SOC) and the Concurrent Admissions Program (ConAP). Courses are available online and there are several convenient locations throughout Colorado. In addition, the university has also established relationships with the education services personnel at several bases including Buckley AFB, FE Warren AFB, and Fort Carson.
Note: Certain courses may have required charges outside of the tuition and the core pre-licensure Nurses classes are not covered under the provision. Questions surrounding the military tuition assistance at CCU are addressed on the college’s Military Tuition Frequently Asked Questions page.
