A Message from the Dean

Welcome to the School of Business and Leadership Web site. The strategic intent of Colorado Christian University's School of Business and Leadership is to unite management theory and practice with Christian theory and practice. Through this approach, we strive to prepare students to be leaders in their chosen careers and in their spheres of influence.

Throughout their time in the School of Business and Leadership, students participate in experiential learning opportunities that enhance their education and give them hands-on experience. One of the most valuable experiences for students in our school is attending CCU’s Annual Values-Aligned Leadership Summit (VALS). VALS gives students with the opportunity to interact with well-known leaders in the business community to discuss important values regarding stewardship, ethics, and values-aligned decision making.

Another thing that sets our school apart is our faculty. In addition to being highly qualified academically, a signal distinction of our faculty is that each of them has years of practical experience in his or her field and is well-qualified to act as both a professional and spiritual mentor to our students. The result is an education that equips the mind, motivates the heart, and trains the hands.
