4-8-5: Human Communication

The student majoring in Human Communication will complete a total of 39 semester hours in communication study. These 39 hours will be comprised by a minimum of 18 hours in the required core and an additional 21 hours in communication electives, which may contain a maximum of 9 hours in courses that do not have a COM prefix.
