Through an integrated curriculum that incorporates business fundamentals with an emphasis on ethical leadership and strong values, CCU’s business administration degree has made a difference for hundreds of adult students who wanted to advance their careers. Students are trained in management, leadership, finance, project management, international business, and business law, but they are also challenged to develop a framework for personal and professional ethics that makes them highly marketable in today’s business climate.

- Students can complete the coursework online. Internet-based courses run for seven weeks and weekly assignments may be completed around your schedule.

- The major program is taught in an accelerated format and can be completed in as little as 16 months by attending courses on week nights or weekends.
- Business Administration students have the opportunity to participate in CCU’s annual Values-Aligned Leadership Summit, a one-day conference designed to bring business executives and students together to discuss the role of values and ethics in today’s workplace.
