MAC Curriculum

The Masters of Arts in Counseling program provides a strong clinical counseling background within a Christian framework that promotes study of the whole person, including the spiritual dimension. The curriculum offers an integrated approach to psychology, equipping students to be effective counselors in a variety of settings. The counseling program consists of 60 credits, 16 of which are electives, allowing students to tailor the program to their area of interest. In order to meet the needs of working adults and those with family commitments, most courses are offered in the evenings or on weekends. The program can be completed in as few as two years, or up to six years so that each student can proceed at his or her own pace.
