CCU employs both full-time and adjunct professors in its graduate and undergraduate programs. Some of the professors currently involved in the MBA program include:

Aldridge, John, Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Management
PhD in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding Institute; M.A. Human Development, Fielding Institute; M.A. Industrial Psychology, Regis University, B.A. Psychology, University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Aldridge teaches Leadership and Management and Values Aligned Leadership. His experience includes project management, corporate training, performance improvement and measurement, conflict resolution and business coaching. Research interests include training and development, leadership development and related fields.

Brod, Tamara, Assistant Professor of Marketing and Economics
ABD in Public Administration and International Economic Development, University of Colorado, Denver; MBA with economics concentration, Westminster College; B.A. in Public Relations, Fort Lewis College. Ms. Brod has 19 years corporate experience in sales and marketing and was named CCU’s Professor of the Year in 2005.

Day, Mellani, Assistant Dean for Business and Technology for the College of Adult and Graduate Studies
Doctor of Business Administration, Nova Southeastern University; M.S.S.M. University of Southern California; B.S. Business and Management, University of Maryland. Dr. Day teaches business research, entrepreneurship and international business. She has been involved in the startup of several entrepreneurial ventures internationally and in the U.S. and served as CFO for a high-tech Denver venture for five years prior to coming to CCU. Research interests include entrepreneurship, spirituality in management and measurement of learning outcomes.

Ewen, Gary, Associate Professor of Management and Leadership Studies
Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Regent University; M.Ed. Colorado State University; B.S. Illinois State University. Dr. Ewen teaches management and leadership courses in CCU's graduate and undergraduate business and leadership programs. He is the author of both software and computer-related textbooks and a former senior training representative with a Fortune 100 corporation.

King, Charles, Dean of the School of Business and Leadership for the College of Undergraduate Studies
J.D. University of Denver; MBA Northwestern University; B.A. Southwestern College. Dr. King teaches law, management, and finance courses. He was founding partner of the law firm King, Peterson, Brown and has served as a senior executive in human resources and information systems.

Mesa, William, Assistant Professor of Accounting and Management
Doctorate of Management, Colorado Technical University; M.S. and B.S. in Accounting, New Mexico State University. Dr. Mesa is a CPA and has a total of 15 years experience as a financial analyst, accountant, and strategic analyst in Fortune 500 companies and with the federal government, as well as over 10 years part-time and full-time teaching experience.

Ostlie, Ray, Assistant Professor of Management
Doctoral Studies in Higher Education Administration and Adult Education, University of Denver and North Central University; MBA Pepperdine University; B.A. University of California. Mr. Ostlie’s business experience includes management training, management development, and product management. He teaches leadership and management thinking.

Probst, Alex, Assistant Professor of CIS and Mathematics
Doctoral Studies in Computer Science and Statistics, Colorado School of Mines; M. Eng. and B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Mr. Probst is a Microsoft Certified Professional, holds two registered patents, and has published and presented numerous academic papers. He is fluent in French, Portuguese, and English, and is conversant in Spanish. His research interest in his doctoral studies is Network Simulation.

Wold, Cameron, Assistant Vice President, Dean of Academic Affairs, College of Adult and Graduate Studies
PhD in Adult Education, University of Idaho; MBA in Finance, University of Southern California; Masters in Theology and Masters in Educational Leadership, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary; B.A. Liberal Arts, Amherst College. Dr. Wold has spent many years in the banking industry, he held the post of CFO for a NASDAQ traded company, and has experience in non-profits and education including business incubators (rural and kitchen). Research interests include community and economic development planning.
