As part of the 2020 Western Conservative Summit, we are reserving ten minutes for the winner of our national Under-30 Speech Contest. This is YOUR moment to become a conservative star – reaching thousands across the country.
Submit your ten minute speech via YouTube. The winning speech will be determined by the Western Conservative Summit organizers and Turning Point USA.
The theme for the 2020 Western Conservative Summit is America! America! God Shed His Grace on Thee, and speakers are encouraged to consider the theme in their speech topic. Videos will be judged by conservative content, number of views, thumbs up, and more.
Video submissions must be received by midnight, Sunday September 20, 2020.
Rules
Contest Rules: Contestants must be United States citizens under the age of 30 years old. Submissions must be received by midnight Sunday, September 20, 2020. The winner will be announced Friday, September 25, 2020, and a recorded version of their speech will be part of the 2020 Western Conservative Summit.
Sponsorship: The title sponsor for this program is Turning Point USA.
Judging: Entries due by midnight Sunday, September 20, 2020. Review and judging of video entries will be done September 21-25, 2020 by Jeff Hunt, Centennial Institute and Benny Johnson, Turning Point USA.
Notification: The winner will be notified September 25, 2020 of their win.
The speech will be introduced by Benny Johnson from Turning Point USA and broadcast during the 2020 Western Conservative Summit on Saturday, October 10, 2020.
