We maintain a somewhat flexible schedule in order to accommodate last minute availability of special and high profile speakers. Although unconventional, we find the benefits more than outweigh the mild uncertainty of exactly what wonderful surprises develop.

Are there breakout sessions or small group discussions?
The primary format for the Summit is the plenary sessions in the ballroom, where everyone will hear the same message at the same time. Seating is at tables, which tends to encourage informal discussion. Many speakers will engage in Q & A from the floor. Networking and visiting is also encouraged during the breaks. Some speakers will be available for those interested in book signing.
Can children attend the Summit?
Teens and young teens will likely find the program engaging. They can register at the “under 30” rate. We do not suggest bringing children who would find the proceedings too long for their attention span or who would create a distraction by their presence. The Summit does not provide any childcare. The hotel concierge may have a list of qualified and screened babysitters.
