• Application Process

    External Candidates

    1. View CCU's job opportunities to determine if any of our openings are a good fit for your gifts and qualifications.
    2. To begin the application process, submit your online employment application. Only candidates who apply through the online employment application will be considered for employment with CCU. Applications submitted by any other means will not be considered.
    3. Applications will be reviewed by Human Resources. Please remain patient and prayerful throughout this process, as we take time to carefully consider each candidate. 
    4. Candidates selected for further screening will be contacted for an interview with Human Resources.
    5. For your convenience, you may log in to your profile on the CCU Employment website to check the status of your application at any time. If you have applied for more than one job, a status is listed for each position.
    6. Applications are retained for one year. Applicants can log in to their applications at any time to update their information.

    Internal Candidates

    1. In order to place your application under consideration, you must obtain the approval of your immediate supervisor, your current divisional vice president, and the divisional vice president where the job is available. These approvals must be e-mailed to HR@ccu.edu. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary approvals. Internal candidates will not be considered without these approvals, and must be in good standing to be considered for another position.
