Pay: $11/hour

Hours: 30 hours a week on average; flexible schedule

SPORTS SUPERVISOR – Pay: $13-15/hour; Hours: 3:30pm-11pm M-Thur and tournament prep. April –November 2018 ; Location: Lakewood; REF #952

The primary responsibility of the Field Supervisor is to provide on-site supervision of Adult Sports Leagues, acting as a liaison between league participants and the City. The Field Supervisor is also responsible for facility supervision and/or field preparation when outside organizations have permitted City of Lakewood facilities. Be on-site for all games for scheduled leagues and events. Maintain all necessary forms, paperwork and attendance records of participants. Distribute necessary paperwork to participants. Coordinate all field preparation.

Pay: $13-15/hour

Hours: 3:30pm-11pm M-Thur and tournament prep Friday night or Saturday and Sunday early mornings. April –November 2018

Location: Lakewood

SUMMER DAY CAMP COUNSELOR – Pay: $10-12/hour; Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time; REF #620

Want to experience the joy of encouraging and fostering growth in children?  This summer day camp program in southeast Denver works with children entering 1st-8th grades, primarily in a group setting.   Help organize and lead games, Bible time, crafts, and other activities, supervise during walking field trips and weekly bus field trips, and maintain a clean environment.  Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or be willing to do so. HOUSING ORGANIZATION SUMMER STAFF – Pay: $400/week for Part-Time, $11/hour for Full-Time; Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time; REF #570 for Full-Time

A non-profit housing organization with a mission to provide safe, affordable, accessible housing and housing services for Colorado’s low income, elderly and disable residents. Job opportunities are available to work with summer volunteer programs including an annual Paint-A-Thon!  Position requires management of volunteers and the desire to assist low-income elderly in the Denver Metro area.  Volunteer oversight consists of working with youth groups, congregations, and corporations.  Staff must be able to manage work projects which involve painting, yard work, and minor house repairs.  Other responsibilities include facilities management, vehicle upkeep, and testing the exterior paint of houses for lead.  Work dates are from May 23 to August 20.  CPR/First Aid certification, EPA renovation, repair, and painting, certification are provided.  The summer staff position is a great opportunity to perform a useful service and lead in a diverse community. YOUTH INTERN – Pay: $500/month toward tuition; Hours: 8-10 hours/week; REF # 912

In this position you will be responsible for all areas of Youth Ministry at Grace City Denver, from the 6th through the 12th grade. This includes connecting with students on Sunday mornings, providing leadership and oversight for the mid-week Youth meetings, and overseeing additional Youth events and summer camp. Teach and train the youth with Gospel-centered curriculum. Build Christ-centered relationships with the youth and their families. Plan and execute outreach opportunities geared toward youth.
