Accomodations and Dining

Unlike the traditional dorm style housing found at most universities, CCU offers unique, apartment style accommodations. There are two distinct floor plans with the amenities of each apartment listed below.

Two Bedroom Apartment:

• Sleeps four
• Furnished Living Room
• Full Kitchen
• 1 Bathroom

Three Bedroom Apartment:

• Sleeps six
• Furnished Living Room
• Full Kitchen
• Washer/Dryer
• Two Bathrooms
• Air-conditioned

Dining Services

All of CCU’s food and catering needs are handled by Sodexho, the same company that does food preparation for the world-renowned Marriott Hotels. Sodexho will prepare all meals (PDF) for your group—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. They also offer flexibility to meet special catering needs. Please submit special requests before guests arrive on campus.
