Event Facilities

All classrooms and meeting rooms come equipped with state-of-the-art technology including a computer with VCR/DVD capability, an overhead LCD projector and screen, and whiteboards. Internet access is also available by simply requesting a user login and password before arrival.

Classrooms: Set up to meet your event needs. All classrooms include Media Unit. (Capacity: 15-50)

Beckman Classrooms 202 and 210: Used for conferences, meetings, displays, lectures, etc. Can be converted into one or two rooms. Media Unit available for both sides.
(Capacity of each room is 50.)

Conference Rooms: This space is used for more intimate meetings. (Capacity: 4-12)

Student Union Activity Center: Used for smaller recreational events, concerts, and meetings. Includes pool table, foosball, ping pong, vending machines, booths, tables and chairs. These amenities are available for free use unless the space has been reserved for a group activity. (Capacity: 65)

Music Center: Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall are used for music events, graduations, and conference meeting space. Stage area is included. (Capacity: 310)

Event Center/Gymnasium: Set up for large conference meetings, athletic camps, banquets or large special events. Bleacher set up is optional. Media and sound not included. (Capacity: 1500)

Dining Annexes: Set up with chairs and/or round tables. Used for receptions, meetings, banquets, and conference space. Can be converted into one or two rooms. (Capacity of each annex is 84.)

Athletic Field: Used for large group recreation activities and athletic events including soccer, football, lacrosse, outdoor games, etc. Striping of the field must be done by attending groups.
