You can complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov and you can sign the application electronically using a PIN which you can obtain at the Department of Education’s PIN Web site at www.pin.ed.gov.
Benefits of completing the FAFSA online:
Do not leave any question blank unless instructed to skip an entire section by the FAFSA. Any question left blank may delay your financial aid.

The Department of Education will select those who estimate their tax information for a process known as verification. Students chosen for verification must submit additional information to the Financial Aid Office and this may delay the processing of your financial aid.

If you will receive VA benefits, but do not know how much, DO NOT leave this question blank. Please enter your estimated benefit amounts and the number of months you expect to receive benefits. You may want to contact the VA Hotline toll free at (888) 442-4551 or visit the VA website at www.gibill.va.gov to obtain more information regarding your benefits.
