Financial Aid Policies and Forms for the College of Undergraduate Studies
To help guide students in CCU's College of Undergraduate Studies through the financial aid process, CCU has put together the following financial aid documents and resources. Please select your academic year to view specific information for that year.

- 2013-2014 Financial Aid Process (PDF) – Offers students a step-by-step guide for completing the financial aid application process
- 2013-2014 Verification Worksheets – Must be completed only by students who have been selected for verification by the U.S. Department of Education. Please return your completed worksheet to the Service Central office.
- Colorado Residency Form (CCU log in required) – All students who are eligible for Colorado state financial aid must submit the Colorado Residency form.
- Credit Balance Refund FAQs (PDF) – If your account has a credit balance, you may request a refund through your WebAdvisor account by entering your bank account information. You will then receive a direct deposit of your refund.
- FERPA Consent (PDF)
- Parent Plus Loan Release Form (PDF)
- 2013-2014 Low Income Statement (PDF) – Must be completed only by students who have been required to do so by the Service Central office. Please turn in your completed worksheet to the Service Central office.
- 2012 1098-T FAQs (PDF) – The 1098-T Forms are mailed to students each January, for qualified tuition expenses billed in the prior year.
