A Message from the Dean
Welcome to the School of Music at Colorado Christian University. We are grateful that the Lord has encouraged you to look our way. The School of Music at CCU is a very special place where students who are serious about developing the talents and gifts that God has given them come to study and refine their talents in music and theatre.
Our goal is to graduate students who will make an impact in the Arts for the sake of Christ. We are intentional about training our students to become leaders in our community of faith as well as in the world.
To that end, we offer several degrees (and minors) in music with areas of specialization including performance, sound recording technology, composition, music education, and worship arts. For those of you interested in theatre, we are also in the process of developing a theatre minor as well as arranging for internship possibilities with local theatre companies. All of our programs are administered by the most gifted and caring faculty I have ever known.
Again, we are delighted that the Lord has led you to consider studying with us. We look forward to meeting with you and learning about your plans and goals for the future.
