Lakewood Campus Zoning Approved
On October 8, 2012 Colorado Christian University’s request for rezoning our Lakewood campus was approved by the Lakewood City Council. Following two hours of discussion and questions, the council voted in support of our plan to enlarge the campus from 25 to 34 acres and increase the allowable square footage from 178 thousand to 700 thousand square feet.
We are grateful to the CCU family -- students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of the University -- as well as the surrounding Lakewood community for standing with us throughout this process.
