Most un-American part of ObamaCare loved by Denver Post

On March 26, 2012, as SCOTUS (the U.S. Supreme Court) commences review of ObamaCare, The Denver Post editorialized about its support for the insurance mandate. That editorial is here: http://www.denverpost.com/opinion/ci_20243435?source=bb

The Post-supported individual mandate is likely the most un-American of anything found in this abominable legislation. It would be nice to know where The Post’s editorial board thinks a future line could be drawn as to anything the increasingly dictatorial Government of the United States couldn’t require if this enormous grab is upheld.

Forget federalism. Remember then-candidate Obama’s boast just before the 2008 election, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” ObamaCare is many miles down the path to that ruinous transformation. James Madison, Benjamin Franklin & Co. must be spinning in their graves.
