Living on Campus

First-Year Student Housing

Student housing at CCU is different than your typical campus life experience. All students – even freshmen – enjoy living in apartments, not dorms! CCU’s housing is designed to help students integrate faith into their daily lives and to make the most of their college experience…together. It's what campus living was meant to be.

Harwood and Waite Halls

All first-year students are required to live in the apartments in Harwood and Waite Halls in order to experience the exceptional living and learning environments in CCU’s stairwell communities.
