Student housing at CCU is different than your typical campus life experience. All students – even freshmen – enjoy living in apartments, not dorms! CCU's housing is designed to help students integrate faith into their daily lives and to make the most of their college experience…together. It's what campus living was meant to be.
First-year students are required to live on campus and may choose to live in the apartments of Harwood, Waite, and Yetter Halls in order to experience the exceptional living and learning environments in CCU's stairwell communities.
Each stairwell community is additionally associated with a specific and unique learning community in conjunction with each students' required Freshman Year Integration (FYI) course.
Apartments in these halls house four to five students and come fully furnished. All amenities are included in the housing cost.

First-year students also have the opportunity to live in the Kit Carson and La Plata apartments. Each floor (three total) represents a different floor community and houses different learning communities for our students to be a part of in order to marry the concept of the integration of faith, learning, and living.
