Upperclassmen and Transfer Student Housing
Student housing at CCU is different than your typical campus life experience. All students at CCU enjoy living in apartments, not dorms! CCU’s housing is designed to help students integrate faith into their daily lives and to make the most of their college experience…together. It's what campus living was meant to be.
Faith, learning, and community. All are central to your education at Colorado Christian University. The opportunity to live in a Themed Housing Community is available to all upperclassmen. They exist to help you to live with intention and connect with a community focused on academic, personal, and spiritual growth. This unique community-based living approach helps students cultivate true community and learn how to “do life” together.
The Peaks Apartments: Kit Carson, Red Cloud, and Snowmass
Upperclassmen and transfer students are housed in one of the three Peaks apartment buildings (Kit Carson, Red Cloud, and Snowmass). Each of the Peaks apartments is associated with a themed housing community and collectively the Peaks house a little over 200 upperclassmen. Check out CCU's themed housing community options to learn more about them and to find out which one appeals to you!Apartments in the Peaks house six to seven students and come fully furnished. All amenities are included in the housing cost.

West Campus: The Brother/Sister Hood
Upperclassmen and some transfer students at CCU are housed in our West Campus Townhomes where they are given opportunities to actively engage in mentoring and spiritual discipleship relationships as well as campus leadership positions.
Apartments on West Campus house six to seven students and come fully furnished. All amenities are included in the housing cost.
