Biography and Professional Achievements

Dr. Jennifer Park taught middle school for a decade before transitioning to counseling. She came to CCU from Grace College, where she was a part-time faculty member from 2015-2017. Additionally, she was an adjunct professor at Regent University, where she earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision. Her clinical experience includes guidance instruction, college counseling, and private practice. Park's research interests focus on integrating religion and spirituality within counseling and multiculturalism. She also enjoys supervising trainees and interns.

Park is a member of the American Counseling Association; the Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling; the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision; and the Pennsylvania Counseling Association. Further, she serves as the co-faculty advisor for CCU's chapter of the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society.

Park has presented at numerous national conferences and/or published on the topics of multicultural supervision, assessing competence with spiritual integration, online counselor education, epigenetics, and wellness.
