Dr. Paul Prentice graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics. He served as an economist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture under President Reagan. He was later a visiting scholar at the U.S. Department of Treasury. Dr. Prentice currently teaches in an adjunct capacity at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and is a local civic leader with such groups as the Pikes Peak Urban League and the Limited Government Forum.
