Paul Eldridge joined Colorado Christian University in May of 2011 as Vice President of Development. He leads the Development Team at CCU and oversees fundraising efforts and alumni relations for the university. Before joining CCU, Paul was Senior Director of Development and Planned Giving at John Brown University for over eight years where he played a key role in the success of $110 Million Keeping Faith Campaign. Prior to his work in development and planned giving, Paul practiced law in southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from John Brown University, a Master of Arts degree from Simon Greenleaf University and a Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School. Paul and his wife, Laurie, have been married for twenty three years and have three daughters.
David Nye

David Nye joined Colorado Christian University in 2007 as Director of Development. He directs planned gift activities with friends of CCU who seek to bless CCU through Charitable Gift Annuities, Bequests and Trusts. He brings many years of major gift and planned gift experience from two international ministries, including International Bible Society and Mission of Mercy. David serves as a trustee for Joy to the World Foundation that funds evangelical and humanitarian aid in Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa. Additionally, he is the author of an adult Sunday school series that takes adult learners into the lives of refugees on a journey in Southeast Asia. David received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Dan Westermann

Dan Westermann joined Colorado Christian University in 2008. After three years directly serving alumni, overseeing donor communications, and cultivating personal relationships with CCU supporters, Dan’s role has transitioned. He now focuses primarily on connecting University donors to meaningful areas of need within CCU. Through this role he generates support for CCU through major and planned gifts. As a CCU alumnus, Dan has a special perspective of the impact of Christ-centered education as he shares the story of CCU individually with friends and alumni. Before joining CCU, Westermann worked in business management roles at companies such as Chick-fil-A and First Community Credit Union. He received his B.A. in Biblical Studies and an M.B.A. from Colorado Christian University and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Dan and his wife Bonnie have been married for five years and have two sons.
Christi Kirchner

Christi Kirchner joined Colorado Christian University in 2009. In her current role she is responsible for the planning and implementation of alumni engagement and donor communication programs at CCU, including coordination of development and alumni relations events. These programs encompass stewardship and broad communication with the alumni and supporters of CCU and its heritage institutions. She is responsible for building broad support for the University, focusing specifically on raising funding for the Beckman Scholarship Annual Fund. Christi earned a B.S. in Not-for-Profit Business Management from Huntington University. She is completing her MBA through CCU, and when she is not studying, Christi and her husband enjoy backpacking and climbing in Colorado's beautiful wilderness areas with their young son.
Kathleen LeCrone

Kathleen LeCrone joined Colorado Christian University in August 2011 as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Development. Having worked at Promise Keepers and Focus on the Family, Kathleen brings extensive administrative experience to the Development team. She has a degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Kathleen enjoys political debate and deep theological discussions. She is a third generation native of Colorado residing in Centennial with her son and dog.
