CCU’s Information Systems and Technology group strives to keep the University on the cutting edge of technology. Here are just some of the great services we offer:
Free Wireless Internet for Students: While our on-campus housing has had high-speed wired Internet access for years, the academic side of campus now has complete wireless coverage! You can now check your email, surf the Internet, use the lab printers, and more - even outside! Wireless access for the residence halls is coming soon.
Software and Hardware Sales: Through CCU’s Campus Agreement with Microsoft, you can get software that you need for your classes at a fraction of the regular academic price.
iDrive Internet Storage: As a CCU student, you will have access to iDrive, a personal storage space for your papers, projects, or anything else that you want to access securely from anywhere in the world, 24/7.
High-Tech Classrooms and Labs: All of our classrooms are equipped with digital projectors and teaching computers. In addition, all of our computer labs and classroom computers are replaced every 3 years, so they're always fast and reliable.
Online Tech Support: Inside our tech support website, you can find links for frequently asked questions, reporting problems with lab and network equipment, contacting our staff, and more.
