Career Opportunities
Students who graduate from the School of Theology have several possible career paths. Some choose to go directly into church or faith-based work. Others enroll in some of the nation’s finest seminaries in order to pursue ordained ministry. Many enroll in graduate programs to become scholars in biblical studies, religion, and theology. Recent graduates have been accepted to Denver Seminary, Iliff School of Theology, University of Denver, Vanderbilt, Calvin Seminary, and Emory. Churches hold our youth ministry graduates in high regard, but it is important to know that our students have rarely allowed themselves to become pigeon-holed into traditional roles. Many have created entrepreneurial endeavors, combining their skills in the School of Theology with other majors and minors, including psychology, outdoor leadership, and global studies.
