Hon. Terry Considine is a lifelong entrepreneur focused on business, politics, and family. He has been an active real estate investor for more than 45 years, serving four real estate investment trusts as CEO. Through the Considine Companies, he has invested in real estate, television broadcasting, convenience stores, environmental services, and venture capital. Considine expanded his apartment business with the formation of Aimco, which led to the Aimco IPO in 1994. He has served as Aimco chairman/CEO since that time. Considine has also been active in politics, elected twice to the Colorado Senate and holding leadership roles in numerous campaigns and political organizations. He is a director of Intrepid Potash (NYSE: IPI), the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation, the Augustine Institute, and Club for Growth. Considine received his juris doctor from Harvard University. Considine is a former member of CCU's Board of Trustees.
