Trustee Spotlight
Sam Kimbriel is a graduate of Colorado Christian University and a passionate supporter of Christian higher education.
After building LK Media Group into one of the area's premier printing and marketing firms, Kimbriel sold the company in 1999. Since then, he has created and turned around various marketing, real estate, and hospitality companies.
In addition to his work in business, Kimbriel has also served on the boards of the Young Americans Education Foundation, Colorado Sports Outreach, Denver Street School, Christ Body Ministries, and the Astor House Museum. He enjoys coaching young entrepreneurs on leadership development and life purpose.
Kimbriel is a fourth generation native of Colorado. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Rockmont College (now Colorado Christian University).
Kimbriel and his wife, Kerstin, along with their four children, make their home in Crawford, Colorado, and now own the Lodge at Needle Rock, which hosts corporate, non-profit, and family retreats.
