• Harris Connect Directory Update

    Colorado Christian University Alumni are scattered across the country, and even around the world. Our alumni change emails, jobs and locations often making it hard to keep up with them. Therefore, we have contracted with Harris Connect to update contact information for you, our alumni, so you can be kept up-to-date on CCU news, activities, and events.

    Harris Connect will also help produce a beautiful hardcover publication that will allow you to reconnect with old friends and classmates as well as network professionally. The directory will include comprehensive biographical listings with contact information, career overviews, and family highlights. Plus, a special section about what’s in store for the future of Colorado Christian University.

    You will be contacted by email and/or regular mail or by phone over the next few months to verify and update your contact and career information.

    Who is Harris Connect?

    CCU has partnered with Harris Connect to produce our directory. Harris Connect has been an industry leader for nearly 50 years, and we are confident that this publication will meet the needs of our alumni.

    If my name is listed in the directory, am I obligated to purchase a copy?
    No. Your name will be listed regardless of whether you decide to purchase a copy.
    What if I don’t want certain pieces of information to be listed in the directory?
    Harris Connect can still update your information for CCU, but will honor your specific request to exclude all or parts of your biographical data from the publication.
    When can I expect to hear from Harris Connect?
    Harris Connect makes calls M-F from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. If you are contacted at a time that is inconvenient for you, simply let the representative know. You can avoid being called, but simply updating your information at (800) 451-4215 during a time convenient to you before 1/21/2013.
    What will I be able to print from the CD-rom product?
    You are able to print individual records as well as pages from the editorial section.
    What happens if I don’t order a directory now, but change my mind later?
    If you change your mind prior to publication (3/4/2013), you can call (800) 451-4215 to purchase a copy.
    What if I decide I want to cancel the order I have placed?
    Orders for the directory may be canceled by simply writing the word “CANCEL” on the invoice and returning it to Harris Connect or by calling the Harris Connect Customer Service Department at (800) 877-6554. Be sure to provide the account number when calling.
