Security staff members are available to serve and protect members of the CCU community on campus twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

The Office of Campus Safety and Security at CCU consists of eleven full-time and two part-time security officers who patrol the campus, staff the Security Operations Center, and respond to students in need of assistance. Our current director of Campus Security served as a police officer for 29 years, specializing in areas of police work including patrol, traffic enforcement, community outreach, crime prevention and protective services.

The Office of Campus Safety and Security also produces a yearly incident report for on-campus statistics.

The CCU community enjoys a very low crime rate, and we are committed to keeping it that way. That's why CCU expects students to live up to a high standard of behavior and personal values. We believe that all members of the CCU community can contribute to creating a safe and productive environment.
