General Rules for CCU Promotions

The following are basic rules for all Colorado Christian University promotions. Each promotion may have its own special qualifications and eligibility rules.

  1. Promotion winners may be required to sign a release, and all winners agree to allow Colorado Christian University to use their name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls, e-mails, or Web submissions coming in to Colorado Christian University may be recorded and used without further approval.
  2. Colorado Christian University is not responsible for problems occurring within the telephone system, e-mail system, mail system, or Internet which either inhibit or increase the chances of winning a specific promotion.
  3. Employees and agents of Colorado Christian University and their families, advertising agencies, or representatives are ineligible to enter Colorado Christian University promotions.
  4. Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes have no cash value, expressed or implied.
  6. Colorado Christian University reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made indicating that person as the winner.
  7. Any and all local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  8. With respect to any disputes regarding promotions, the decision of Colorado Christian University will be final.
  9. Colorado Christian University, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable for any claim, injury or damage from any Colorado Christian University promotion or prize awarded in a promotion.
  10. All promotion entries become the property of Colorado Christian University.
  11. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
