GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGN SPECIALIST- Pay: $19-20/hour; Hours: 20 hours/week; REF #1030

This position involves developing graphic and website designs as well as video production for use in advertising/marketing, video production and social media campaigns; as well as assisting in the creation and maintaining of a robust web and social media presence for the ministry of International Students, Inc. to give every student the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel, and to disciple them in their faith to prepare them for future ministry. Qualifications: Possess educational skills and training (college graduate preferred) in graphic/website design or related fields. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio including knowledge and credentials in up-to-date graphic/website design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.); Mac OSX and video editing experience required. Experience with web and mobile application development and maintenance including SEO, Google Adwords, email marketing and social media campaigns. INORMATION TEHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST- Pay: $35-$40,000/year; Hours: Full-Time; REF #1081

The ITSS will support the use of technology by staff and students at the high school with occasional assistance at the elementary. The major focuses for this job will be in network administration and infrastructure support, but may include other IT support. Some other responsibilities are as follows. Supporting end users in a Windows and Chromebook based environment including troubleshooting software/hardware for PCs, printers, projectors, document cams, and other peripherals. Implementation and monitoring of secure network access protocols. Assisting with creating and maintaining IT and end user documentation. A few of the minimum requirements are: Demonstrated experience with network administration with large networks, Working knowledge of TCP/IP and other networking protocols, Expertise with configuring Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Familiarity with VMware and virtualization. In this positions, candidates will be expected to perform basic to advanced technical tasks. Some of the tasks are following. Utilize the ticket system to manage, fix, and respond to IT problems end users face, under the direction of the IT Manager. Helps end users resolve problems with PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals and communication devices. Escalates problems to the correct party, when necessary. Supports other members of the IT team as needed, which may involve helping with asset management, office moves, light systems administration and other duties as necessary.
