Job Title: Boys MS Basketball Coach

Job Overview:

Are you big into basketball? Do you love the game and want to pass on that passion to the next generation? Then we need you! A local Denver school is looking for a Christ-centered and passionate individuals willing to discipline young men through the game of basketball. As one of the two coaches, you would be responsible for planning a program that falls within the vision and mission of the school’s athletic department. Your training occurs at 3:30-5:00pm and 6:30-8:00pm and games happen at different days during the week. Are you interested? Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Know and apply basketball league Reebok and any changes that are made.
  • Study the skills and abilities of the players on the team, puts each player in the most suitable position.
  • Recognize, and uses each player’s specific talents to devise plays and playing strategies for games.
  • Analyze the abilities of the players on opposing teams as well as their coach’s strategies.
  • Devises drills and practice exercises that will adequately prepare players for each game.
  • Completes any paperwork required for the job especially in a public school setting and more!

Qualifications:

You have previous experience playing basketball at any level as a requirement.

You have experience in coaching as a preference.

Job Title: Math Tutor

Job Overview:

Do you love math? Well we need you! We need math tutors for non-profit STEAM after school program. As a tutor, you will be assisting youth ages 16-21, 2 afternoons per week for 2 hours per day; Tuesday and Thursday from 330PM-530PM. The primary focus is to assist youth in completing homework as well as studying for tests, however applicants must be able to cultivate a fun, interesting and friendly atmosphere that encourages members to ask questions and seek support. This company's coaches will go to preschools and daycares in the Denver area. They run the class at the school and the number of classes they run depends on the children signed up. They can have anywhere between 1 and 6 classes at a school. Our shifts are morning, afternoon and evening blocks. We stack the locations so that they go to different schools in the same area each day. They can have anywhere from 10-30 classes a week. They must have reliable transportation to get to each location.
