CHILDREN'S MINISTRY INTERN: Pay: $12-15 hour/DOE; Hours: 10 hours/week; Wednesday's 2pm-7pm and Sunday's 8am-12:30pm; REF #3268349

- Practical experience with teaching and assisting with Children’s Ministry
- Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with Church staff, and in particular, the Children’s Ministry Director
- Opportunity to participate in church events and meetings

KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR: Pay: $15/hour; Hours: 15 hours/week, Sunday's 7am-1pm required, all other hours are flexible; REF #3317996
- Primary support is for Nursery, Preschool and Elementary Leaders.
- Secondary support is for Preschool and Elementary Serve Teams.
- Third level of care is for the parents and families.
- Fourth level of care is for the kids.
- Identify, Develop, and recruit key ministry leaders.
- Ensuring the church programming is executed at each classroom in accordance with established curriculum, classroom procedures, and child safety policies.
- Operational oversight of all classrooms, including, but not limited to – registration/check-in, teaching activities (crafts and games), snacks, and child safety.
- Manage Children’s Ministry Budget.
- Identify, Plan, and Execute Classroom Set Up.
- Meet with Lead Pastor through a weekly touch base. At least one in person or video chat.
- Meet with an expert in the same field for self development.
- Participate in a Small Group.
- Responsible for attending a meeting to partner with another organization with expectations of Leadership and Serve Team Members.
- Responsible for all new Serve Team interviews and all new Serve Team staff training and development.
- Responsible for Serve Team staffing levels so that all classrooms are open for maximum capacity.

YOUTH PASTOR: PAY: $20/hour; Hours: Part-Time; REF #3249449
- Develop and research youth curriculum and materials.
- Develop a youth fellowship program and coordinate/lead weekly meetings.
- Work with and support parents on the continuous spiritual growth of youth and children.
- Build relationships with and invest in youth in order to be a more effective leader, and in aiding them spiritually and become mature Christians.
- A Seminary degree is preferable but not mandatory.
- Experience in youth and family ministries strongly preferred.
- Understanding and teaching in multicultural setting is desirable.
- Appropriate evidence of Biblical literacy and spiritual maturity, and leadership skills are essential.
- Proficient understanding of challenges and needs of young people.
- Maintain an intimate and growing walk with the Lord.
- Demonstrates a vision and passion for students (6th-12th grade).
- Demonstrates a strong ability to relate to children, students, parents and the congregation.
- Will assist in fulfilling God’s mission and vision for the youth and church ministry, of this may fall outside your job description – special events, prayer meetings, etc.
- Will model a positive and supportive team-player attitude toward the total ministry of the church, and work cooperatively with the Pastor, Deacons and parents.
- Willing to consider someone who meets the qualification and demonstrates the passion to work with teens.
