VALS Purpose
The original vision for VALS was developed by a group of committed business executives who had a desire to see students equipped with the ethical framework necessary to be successful in the business world while also maintaining exemplary values.
The VALS setting was designed to provide a unique opportunity to mix small groups of professionals with undergraduate, adult, and graduate students. Sharing a table, meals, and meaningful conversation, while exploring key marketplace issues, provides rare opportunities for professionals to mentor the next generation of leaders and to impart valuable professional and personal lessons learned.
