Biography and Professional Achievements

Dr. John Aldridge serves as an online faculty member for the Business and Technology Division with the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS) at CCU. He helped develop CCU's Higher Learning Commission proposal for CCU's MOL program that launched in 2013.

Aldridge is a behavioral technologist with over twenty years of experience as a serial entrepreneur. He has founded seven start-ups and been an organizational development (OD) consultant. He has also served as a technical trainer, instructional designer, and change management consultant for multi-national Fortune 100 companies.

His mission is to seek first to listen and understand before he speaks. He wants to seek the truth and have the humility to allow God to guide his path, share His Word, wisdom, and all knowledge (John 15:15) with students and peers. Also he seeks to be a life-long learner, optimize personal and professional performance, and to help build spirits, not crush them.

Aldridge and his wife Stephanie are blessed with two children and three grandchildren.
