Biography and Professional Achievements

Dr. Randy Raysbrook's research focus has been on the role of question asking and critical thinking in student learning. He has made numerous presentations on teaching and inquiry-based learning for the University of Northern Colorado, the Christian Leadership Institute (Denver Seminary), the Association of Christian Schools International, and schools throughout Colorado. 

For over a decade Raysbrook led small groups in Colorado Springs as part of a community project to cultivate dialogue among people of diverse worldviews. Raysbrook has written and co-written religious articles on spiritual growth and evangelism. For 30 years he has lectured extensively on discipleship, spiritual growth, leadership, and communication skills. His vision is to train and mentor leaders who will train future generations. Raysbrook is the Director of The Navigators Leadership Development Institute, a character-based leadership program for American and international students.
