A CCU transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress at Colorado Christian University, and the University's certified statement of the student's academic record, including coursework, grades, and degrees earned.
E-transcripts are now available at Colorado Christian University. Students and alumni can now place transcript orders online through a secure Web site, and their official CCU transcripts will be delivered to any valid e-mail address via secure certified PDF.
All official transcript orders are submitted through CCU's easy, online ordering system. Fax and e-mail orders are not accepted. Students can choose the following shipping methods:

Current students can submit a CCU transcript order directly through their My CCU student portal account.
Students who have taken coursework at a CCU partner high school for CCU dual credit can submit a transcript order by registering here through our online ordering system. If you are placing this order before final grades have posted, please indicate on your order that you wish to have your transcript held for current semester grades.
Former students and alumni can submit a CCU transcript order by registering here through the our online ordering system. Please note: If you completed coursework at CCU or one of our legacy institutions prior to the Fall 2006 semester, the processing time may take several days longer to complete. Electronic transcripts cannot be ordered for coursework completed prior to 2000. If you completed coursework prior to the year 2000, you will need to place a paper transcript order. All transcript orders for former students and alumni are placed through our online ordering system.
Currently enrolled students can access their unofficial transcript in their student account in WebAdvisor. Unofficial transcripts are not available for former students or alumni.
Online payment options include credit and debit cards with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Transcripts will not be released to students who have an outstanding financial obligation to the University until all charges have been paid in full. Transcript orders held for outstanding financial balances will be canceled after 60 days if payment in full is not received. Current students can view their student account balance in WebAdvisor. Students and alumni can e-mail the Service Central office at ARSupport@ccu.edu and a Service Specialist will assist them.
