Order a CCU Transcript

A CCU transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress at Colorado Christian University and the University's certified statement of the student's academic record, including coursework, grades, and degrees earned.

All official transcript orders are submitted through CCU's easy, online ordering system. Fax and e-mail orders are not accepted.

Electronic PDF transcripts

Students and alumni can place transcript orders online through a secure website, and their official CCU transcripts will be delivered to any valid e-mail address via secure certified PDF.

E-transcript delivery is the fastest, most reliable, and cost-effective way to send your transcript. E-transcripts are environmentally friendly and are the preferred method of documentation for many institutions.

E-transcript ordering and delivery

E-transcript orders are submitted and paid through CCU's online ordering system.

Electronic PDF transcripts are normally sent out within 2-4 business days after the order is received. Turnaround time may increase 24-48 hours during peak times, such as the two weeks after the end of a semester.

Electronic transcripts cannot be ordered for coursework completed prior to 2000. If you completed coursework prior to the year 2000, you will need to place a paper transcript order.

Students may use the document attachment option to upload cover sheets or application letters with their official CCU e-transcript. This option is only available with CCU e-transcripts, at no extra charge.

Viewing e-transcripts

All electronic transcripts are available for download for 30 days once the order has been processed. It is the responsibility of the recipient to save the PDF file before the download period expires.

Adobe Reader is FREE and is required to view all e-transcripts. Full versions of Adobe Acrobat 6.04 and higher are acceptable for use as well. Get Adobe Reader.

Sending e-transcripts to colleges and universities

Students can have an e-transcript sent to their own e-mail address. However, most colleges and universities will only accept e-transcripts as official transcripts if the transcripts have been sent directly to them from the transferring institution. E-transcripts sent to external institutions directly from students are considered unofficial transcripts.

It is the student's responsibility to secure a viable e-mail address for the college or university. It is also the student's responsibility to verify that the recipient will accept delivery of an electronic PDF transcript.
