Colorado Christian University is located in Lakewood, Colorado, a suburb of Denver. Founded in 1914, CCU is the flagship Christian university in the Rocky Mountain region.     After nine consecutive years of record enrollment at Colorado Christian University's main campus in Lakewood, Colorado, CCU has broken ground on a new residential building. Named in honor of one of CCU's heritage institutions Rockmont Hall.

    Colorado Christian Athletics was awarded the 2017-2018 Sportsmanship Cup award in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). Not only is this the second year in a row that CCU has received this award, the University has won the Sportsmanship Cup six of the 12 years the award has been made available.
